Strawberry Festival

The Strawberry Festival in uptown Stuart is a must-do for strawberry lovers. Purchase locally grown fresh strawberries or jams, jellies, and preserves. Main Street will be lined with artists and artisans selling crafts, jewelry, housewares, and more. Food and beverages from some of the area’s most popular food trucks and restaurants will be available for purchase.
Live music performances take place in front of the historic Patrick County courthouse.

Bushels and Barrels is a two-day event celebrating all things local. The event kicks off on Friday, June 14, with the marquee local food farm-to-table dinner with canapes and beverages, followed by a multi-course dinner locally sourced and prepared by Pickle & Ash chefs. Attendees will be serenaded by the jazz ensemble 4 Brothers.
The Saturday festival features a homebrew competition and vendors offering local craft beers and wine.
Breweries on tap will include a variety of VA and NC based breweries. Wineries from around the region will be providing tastings of their delicious wines. Hometown favorites Pickle & Ash and Copper Dog will be on site to serve up some signature creations using local ingredients. Tasty beverages from Buckin Good Lemonade and frosty ice cream from Sweet Surrender will keep you nice and refreshed.

Front Porch Fest

Front Porch Fest, the brainchild of a group of friends after a night of music by the campfire, is celebrating its 15th year of live music, children’s activities, yoga, and campsite jams. More than 30 bands, ranging from hometown talent to nationally touring acts, will perform over the four-day festival. The backdrop for this event is Spirithaven Farm, located on 130 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Stuart, Virginia. Attendees can camp onsite or stay at one of Patrick County’s hotels, cabins, or resorts.
